
High efficiency induction motor, also known as asynchronous motor, is an AC motor that works on the principle of electromagnetic induction. It is mainly composed of a stator, a rotor and auxiliary parts. The stator is composed of an iron core made of laminated electromagnetic steel plates and a polyester film covered copper wire coil, which is used to generate a rotating magnetic field. The rotor is composed of laminated electromagnetic steel plates and aluminum cast conductors, which interact with the stator magnetic field to generate an induced current and rotate under force.
[Power supply conditions] Voltage fluctuation does not exceed ±5% (short-time fluctuation of ±10% is permitted); frequency fluctuation does not exceed ±2% (short-time fluctuation of ±5% is permitted).
[Place of use]Not to be used in an environment containing flammable gases, chemically corrosive gases or other harmful gases (except for motors used in special environments).
[Ambient temperature] The ambient temperature varies with the seasons, but the maximum is not more than +40℃ and the minimum is not less than -15℃ (except for motors used in special ambient temperatures).
[Altitude] Not exceeding 1000 metres (except for special ambient temperature motors)
[Direction of rotation] Clockwise (default), counterclockwise (order to be determined)
Starting mode: direct start, Y/∆ start, frequency conversion start, etc.


1. Durable
The stator and rotor of the high efficiency induction motor are made of high-quality silicon steel sheets, which can withstand 1.5 times the rated load overload impact and have a service life of 15-20 years.
2. Precise Control
The high efficiency induction motor has a built-in high-precision sensor, and the speed control accuracy is ±0.5%.
3. Low Noise
The internal cavity of the high efficiency induction motor is filled with sound-absorbing materials to absorb 30%-40% of mechanical vibration noise, and the operating noise is below 60 decibels.
4. High Efficiency And Energy Saving
The high efficiency induction motor uses new electromagnetic materials, whose magnetic permeability is about 20% higher than that of ordinary materials. At the same time, the optimized winding design reduces the resistance loss by about 15%, and the overall energy efficiency can reach more than 90%.
