EX Proof Motor YBX3 series high-efficiency low-voltage ex proof three-phase asynchronous motor adopts cast iron base. In line with national standards GB3836.1-2010 "explosive environment Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB3836.2-2010 "explosive environment Part 2: equipment protected by explosion-proof enclosure "d"".
The motor is made into ex proof type. The explosion-proof standard is Ex d I Mb, Ex d II AT4 Gb, Ex d II B T4 Gb, Ex d II C T4 Gb, which are suitable for fixed equipment in underground coal mines and factories with class II A, IIB, IIC, and temperature group T1~T4 explosive gas mixtures.
Structure and Installation
Ex proof motor shell protection level according to GB/T4942.1 "rotating motor shell protection classification (IP code)" IP55, if the user requires other protection levels can be agreed separately.
Ex proof motor cooling method is IC411 according to the standard of GB/T7993 and IEC60034-5 "Cooling method of rotating motor", and other protection levels can be agreed separately if required by users.
Ex proof motor basic installation mode of this series of motors is horizontal with foot (IMB3) structure, and can also be made into IMB35, IMB5, IMV1 and other types, in accordance with GB/T997 and IEC60034-7 "rotating motor structure and installation type (IM code)".
Ex proof motor Stator: The stator core punch is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high permeability and low loss; the wound stator core is treated by VPI vacuum pressure impregnation to make it a complete whole, and the windings and insulation have good electrical, mechanical, moisture-proof performance and thermal stability.
The insulation of the motor is class F, but the temperature rise limit value is assessed according to class B. The temperature rise margin is large and the service life is long.
Ex proof motor Rotor: The rotor core punch also adopts high magnetic permeability, low loss high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheet, the cast aluminium rotor is fixed on the shaft by hot set process, and a variety of effective consumption reduction measures are adopted in the processing and treatment of the rotor. The rotor is corrected by dynamic balancing, and the motor runs smoothly with little vibration.
Ex proof motor Fan: The motor adopts electrostatic plastic fan with large blades and small outer diameter, which is convenient to reduce noise and wind consumption.
Wind cover: the wind cover for the steel plate structure, its ventilation holes for 8mm × 8mm square holes, in order to prevent a certain size of foreign objects into the premise of getting the maximum ventilation area. Thus, the wind path is smooth, beautiful appearance, good rigidity, protection grade IP20.
Ex proof motor Bearing: H63~H160mm base bearing adopts fully enclosed bearing with sealing ring on both sides, which is easy to use and maintain. Strict control of bearing assembly and machining tolerance of each part effectively suppresses the vibration and noise when the motor is running. In order to make the motors run safely and reliably, the position of non-stop oil filling device is considered in the structure of motors with centre height 160~225 chassis numbers, and the motors with centre height 250 and above chassis numbers can be equipped with non-stop oil filling device.
