The stator of medium voltage electric motors is press fitting, windings adopt Class F insulation and anti-corona material. The end windings have reliable fixation and firm binding. The whole stator is impregnated in a vacuum pressure tank with Class f solvent-free varnish, After the VPI process, the electric motors possess excellent and reliable insulation, damp-proofing, and shock resistance performance.
Squirrel cage rotor has two types, aluminum casting, and copper bars, adopt an advanced and reliable aluminum die casting process or welding process, Wound rotors use Class F insulation material, VPI processed with solvent-free varnish, ensure electric motor
smooth and reliable running.
The bearings have two types, rolling bearings and sliding bearings. What type is adopted depends on electric motor power and speed, its protection degree is eitherlP44 or IP54.
The electric motors with rolling bearings have greasing and discharging devices, which enable no-slop operation. Special greasing tools are equipped.
The main terminal box is a sealed structure with protection degree IP54, which is mounted on the right side from shalt side, it can be mounted on the left side per the customer's request too, Cable inlets are available on the top, and bottom, and left, and right four directions. Ground terminals are installed inside and outside the main terminal box.
Temperature measuring devices can be mounted to the windings and bearings per customers' request, which it makes easy for on-site inspection and remote monitoring, to ensure reliable operation.
