5kv Motor

 

5kv motor is an electric motor. The stator of this motor is made of high-quality electrical steel plate with good magnetic conductivity.
5kv motor generates a rotating magnetic field through the stator winding, which makes the current in the rotor winding be affected by the magnetic field, thereby generating electromagnetic torque and driving the motor to rotate.

Wide Power Adaptation
The power range of 5kv motor is 220kW - 2.5MW, which can meet the power requirements of different loads in multiple scenarios and has strong adaptability.

High Insulation Level
The insulation level of 5kv motor reaches F/H level. F level can operate continuously at 155℃ and H level can operate continuously at high temperature of 180℃, adapting to high temperature environment and reducing insulation aging failure.

Reliable Protection
The protection level of 5kv motor is IP54 and IP55, which can prevent dust, water and foreign objects from intruding, and can operate normally in harsh environments.

Accurate Monitoring
The 5kv motor contains 6 windings and 2 bearing PT100 temperature sensors with a monitoring accuracy of ±0.1℃, which can timely warn of abnormal temperature and ensure safe operation.
