The 11KV electric motor is available in different configurations. It can be designed as an open, self-ventilated (IC01), enclosed, air-air-cooled (IC611), or air-water-cooled (IC81W). 11kv high voltage motor with its compact design, lightweight components, reduced dimensions, and footprint saves valuable space on the skid or base where it is installed.

Rotor and stator of 11kv high voltage motor
11KV motor's rotor has two types, aluminum casting copper bars, adopt advanced and reliable aluminum diecasting process welding process. The wound rotor uses F insulation material, VPI processed with solvent-free varnish ensuring the electric motor's smooth and reliable running.
The stator core of 11kv motor is welded and machined to form a solid and compact unit that retains rigidity throughout the motor's life. Radial air ducts ensure uniform and efficient cooling.
Materials: Box welded sheet steel, Cable gland plate steel, Connection screws bronze, Isolators epoxy casting resin, Grounding pad stainless steel.
The main terminal box is a sealed structure with protection degree IP54, which is mounted on the right side seeing from the shaft. It can be mounted on the left side per the customer's request too. Cable inlets are available on top, bottom, left, and right four directions. Ground terminals are installed inside and outside the main terminal box.
There are two types of bearings, rolling bearings and sliding bearings. The electric motors with rolling bearings have greasing and discharging devices, which enable no-stop operation. Special greasing tools are equipped Other brand-bearing types can also be used according to customer requirements.
High voltage three-phase motors, flameproof AC motor, and IE3 induction motor are provided.
