Motor base and size: Customed high voltage AC motor base length, center height (355mm-630mm), and installation method (horizontal/vertical) according to the on-site space, thus completely solving the problem of difficult space customization for high-voltage motors in the renovation of old factories

Junction box and accessories: support Customed high voltage three phase AC motor of junction box position (left/right/top) and outlet method (horizontal/vertical), suitable for complex wiring; It can integrate accessories such as brakes, independent cooling fans, encoders, etc. to meet special needs such as emergency braking, high-temperature heat dissipation, and speed monitoring.
Cooling method:Customed high voltage AC motor cooling systems such as IC611 (self fan cooling), IC81W (water cooling), IC411 (pipeline ventilation) according to the ambient temperature to ensure stable operation in high temperature environments above 40 ℃ (such as blast furnace areas in steel plants) (temperature rise controlled within the allowable range of F-class insulation).

3. Protection and environmental resistance customization: resist harsh working conditions
Protection level: Basic protection up to IP55 (dustproof+anti low pressure water spray), can be upgraded to IP65 (completely dustproof+anti high pressure water spray)

Corrosion and explosion prevention: For coastal (high salt spray) and chemical (corrosive gas) scenarios, marine grade anti-corrosion coatings (dry film thickness ≥ 100 μ m) and stainless steel components are used; Explosion proof motor (Ex d Ⅱ BT4) meets the safety requirements of flammable and explosive environments such as coal mines and oil and gas fields (in accordance with GB 3836.1-2010 standard).

Insulation strengthening: Customized H-grade insulation (temperature resistance of 180 ℃) for humid environments, with anti corona coating added to the windings in dusty environments, extending the service life of the motor under harsh conditions (average fault free operation time increased to over 15000 hours).

For The Mining Site.
The high voltage three phase AC motor drives the slurry pump, which needs to transport slurry containing a large amount of slag. The equipment operates in a humid and dusty underground environment and requires frequent start stop.
The 250KW power can meet the power requirements of the slurry pump, ensuring the continuity of mining production; The stable speed of the 4-pole design can make the operation of the ventilation fan and slurry pump smoother, reducing malfunctions caused by equipment vibration.
