Variable Frequency Explosion Proof Motor

The Variable frequency explosion proof motor complies with the industry standard JB/T7565.1-2004 "Technical Conditions for YB2 Series Explosion proof Three phase Asynchronous Motors (Seat Number H63-355)" GB755-2000 "Rotating Electrical Machinery Rating and Performance". Its explosion-proof performance complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements" and GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d ". They are respectively made into explosion-proof types ExdI, ExdIIAT4, and ExdIIBT4, suitable for hazardous areas with explosive gas environments in coal mines (non mining working faces) and factories of IIA and IIB levels, temperature groups T1 to T4.
The protection level of the motor casing is IP54 or IP55, and the cooling method is IC416.
The motor can also be made into wet tropical type, dry tropical type, outdoor type, outdoor anti-corrosion type, and outdoor humid and hot type.

Altitude: Suitable for altitudes less than 1000 meters
The optimal operating temperature is as low as -15 ℃, and the highest temperature in coal mines is 35 ℃. It can work in an environment of 40 ℃ in factories or wells.
