We manufacture and sell low-voltage Explosion Proof Induction Motors has ATEX certificate. These motors are available with squirrel-cage rotors, fully enclosed fans, and separate fans. These specialized motors are designed for installation in potentially hazardous areas and areas where gases or combustible dusts are present.
Areas with explosion risks are divided into different zones. The criteria for zone division depends on the duration of the presence of hazardous substances and the probability of the occurrence of hazards. For example, Zone 0, Zone 1 and Zone 2, Zone 21, Zone 22.

The key design features
1.The motor housing must be able to withstand the pressure of an internal explosion.
2. The casing mating surfaces must have sufficient engagement and small enough clearances to ensure that internal explosions cannot penetrate the flameproof joints and reach the external environment, causing an explosion.
3. The Explosion Proof Induction Motors housing surface temperature must not reach a level high enough to ignite combustible materials in the external environment. The temperature code (T code) indicates the maximum surface temperature range.
