In June 2025, we received an inquiry High Voltage Explosion Proof AC Motorsfrom a Russian customer . The requirements are as follows: 6000V, 630KW, 50Hz, synchronous speed of 3000 rpm, cooling method of IC411, explosion-proof grade ExdIIBT4, installation method of IM1001, with the Terminal box at the top, and the SKF insulated bearings. It is used in indoor environments with heating and artificial ventilation (temperature controllable, no low temperature, low dust concentration).The explosion proof electric motor working temperature range: +1℃ ~ +35℃, maximum working temperature range: +1℃ ~ +40℃, relative humidity: average 60% (at 20℃), maximum 80% (at 25℃). After more than one month of technical communication and drawing discussion, the customer finally confirmed. The motors were completed in September 2025.
