The power range of the DC motor separately excited is from 1.5kW to 840kW, and the rated speed can be selected according to customer needs. The excitation method is separate excitation, and the excitation voltage is 180V. In addition to the levels specified above, other power, armature voltage, speed, and excitation voltage values can be derived according to specific situations and user needs.
An electric motor with a rated voltage of 160V, when powered by a single-phase bridge rectifier, generally requires the use of an inductor. The inductance value of the external inductor is indicated on the motor nameplate. Electric motors with a rated voltage of 440V do not require external reactors.
(1) Basic structure
This DC motor adopts an octagonal fully stacked structure, which not only has high space utilization, but also can withstand pulsating current and rapid load current changes when powered by a static rectifier.
DC motors separated excited typically do not include series excited windings and are suitable for automatic control technologies that require forward and reverse rotation. According to user needs, series excited windings can also be made. DC motors with frame numbers 100-280mm do not have compensating windings, but motors with frame numbers 250mm and 280mm can be made with compensating windings according to specific situations and needs. Motors with frame numbers 315-450mm have compensating windings.
The position of the separate excited DC motor outlet box is located on the right side of the machine base (i.e. the front box) when viewed from the transmission end (not the commutator end). If the user requests the outlet box to be placed on the other side of the machine base, please indicate the reverse box when ordering. The basic output shaft of the electric motor is a single axis extension, and the output direction facing the output box (positive box) is the left output shaft. If the user needs, it can also be made into a dual axis extension. The basic rotation direction of the shaft is counterclockwise when viewed from the commutator end. The transmission mode of the electric motor is elastic coupling connection, which can also be used for a certain radial force transmission mode (belt or gear transmission).
