Product Introduction
Proof motor is a motor specially designed for flammable and explosive environments and has significant explosion-proof performance. Its shell is mostly made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other materials. Through optimized sealing design, it effectively prevents external combustible gases and dust from entering the inside of the motor. The proof motor will not produce sparks or high temperatures, which could cause an explosion.

1. Excellent Explosion-proof Performance
Proof motor uses a special high-strength aluminum alloy containing copper, magnesium, manganese and other elements to create the shell. It adopts a multi-layer composite structure with tough inner layer, energy absorption and buffering in the middle layer, and hardened outer layer for wear resistance and impact resistance, and the thickness is increased by 50%. Using double sealing technology, the main seal is a rubber seal ring, and the auxiliary seal is a metal seal ring to prevent explosion impact, flame and high-temperature gas transmission.

Proof motor has an advanced electromagnetic design inside, with a high magnetic permeability silicon steel core and a low-resistance copper winding. The power conversion efficiency exceeds 90%, which is 15% more energy-efficient than traditional motors.

High-precision ball bearings (ball nano-level grinding, surface roughness within 0.05 microns) with precise dynamic balancing correction (rotor imbalance control within 0.5 grams and millimeters), making the operating noise less than 70 decibels.

1. Petrochemical Industry
Proof motors are mainly used in the mining, refining and production links of the petrochemical industry to drive equipment such as pumping units and reactors.
2. Underground Coal Mine Operations
In underground coal mines, proof motors provide power sources for key equipment such as ventilators and conveyors. Ventilators rely on proof motors to rotate fan blades to dissipate harmful gases such as gas and introduce fresh air; conveyors use this to transport coal.
3. Industrial Sites With A Lot Of Dust
Flour mills, metal powder factories and other places often use proof motors to drive equipment such as grinding mills. Because suspended dust in the air is prone to explosion when it encounters a fire source, proof motors suppress the heat and sparks generated by operation.
We limit the operating temperature range of motors in this series to between -20 and +40 degrees.
