Built-in cooling water channels + IC86W water cooling ensure stable operation under high-temperature conditions: The unit features pre-installed, encircling cooling water channels primarily distributed across critical heat-generating areas of the stator housing and rotor bracket. Coolant from the external cooler enters the motor's water channels via the inlet pipe. As it flows along the pre-set path, it directly contacts internal heating components (such as stator windings and iron cores), absorbs heat, and then returns to the cooler via the outlet pipe. Subsequent heat dissipation happens through the cooler's fins or fan, creating a closed-loop cycle. Its cooling efficiency is over 50% higher than air cooling-even in extreme environments: 45°C European foundries or Southeast Asia's tropical chemical plants. The motor's temperature rise still remains within F-class insulation's limit (≤105K), preventing production halts due to overheating.
With its multi-voltage adaptability and protection features, this product is ideally suited for overseas applications. It offers customized voltage solutions, including 400V (European standard), 480V (North American standard), and 220V three-phase (for specific Southeast Asian regions). This means it can be directly connected to local overseas power grids without requiring additional transformers.
IP55 protection, along with Class F insulation, makes it reliably sturdy. Whether it's dealing with washdowns in European food processing plants or dusty conditions in North American mines, the motor's inner workings stay unharmed. And with proper care, it'll last more than 10 years.
