Large synchronous motors are suitable for driving ventilation fans, water pump electric generator sets, and other general machinery. The rated voltage of this motor is 10000V, and it can be made into 6000V according to user requirements. The rated power factor is 0.9 (lead). The motor allows direct starting at full voltage, and the rotor circuit should be connected in series with a starting resistance that is 10 times the resistance of the magnetic field winding during starting.
2. Structure Introduction
Large synchronous motor has a horizontal structure. The cooling methods include open fan cooling, duct or semi duct ventilation, and closed self circulating ventilation. The T series motor can be made with one end shaft extension or both ends shaft extension. The rotation direction is counterclockwise when viewed from the collector ring end. The rotation direction of the motor can be changed as needed, but the fan blades of the motor should be adjusted accordingly.
Machine base: welded into a whole structure with steel plates, and the machine base and bearing seat are respectively fixed on the bottom plate welded with steel plates.
Stator core: Made by stacking 0.5mm thick silicon steel sheets, the stator core is fixed to the machine base with tension screws.
Stator coil: The coil is a stacked winding, insulated with F-pole, and has anti corona measures. The end of the wire is firmly tied and treated with overall VPI vacuum coating.
Magnetic pole: It is made by stacking magnetic pole punched sheets made of thin steel plates, and the magnetic pole core is covered with magnetic plate wires. The entire magnetic pole is mounted on the wheel hub.
Magnetic pole coil: made of copper flat wire, insulated to form F-pole insulation. Bearing: It consists of a cast iron bearing seat and a bearing shell coated with bearing alloy. The lubrication method is either self-lubricating with an oil ring or composite lubrication with an external oil circuit system.
Electric brush and collector ring: The collector ring is an assembled structure. The electric brush is installed inside the constant voltage brush box, connected by conductive plates, and the entire brush holder is fixed on the side of the bearing.
Excitation method; The excitation system of large synchronous motors adopts a controllable silicon excitation device. The excitation device can be provided by our company.
