High Voltage Induction Motors are a compact high-voltage motor, which our company refers to as Y2 series.
It uses large-scale finite element analysis software to analyze the structural field, electromagnetic field, temperature field, and fluid field of the motor.
At the same time, using the principle of dual circulation cooling and ventilation system, a new generation of high-efficiency, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly motors have been designed and manufactured.
High Voltage Induction Motors have the advantages of small size, light weight, compact structure, beautiful appearance, and smooth lines.
High Voltage Induction Motors have two independent cooling air channels: an inner cooling air channel and an outer cooling air channel.
Most of the heat generated by losses is transferred from the stator core to the base, and then carried away by external cooling air.
The remaining heat loss is transferred from the internal cooling circuit to the base, and then carried away by the external cooling air.
The base of the High Voltage Induction Motors adopts a fully heated cast iron base with orthogonal distribution.
The heat sink adopts non-uniform distribution and non concentric circle design, and four axial air ducts are arranged along the 45 degree direction.
Due to the waist shaped design of the rack, external cooling air can be more effectively blown from the non driving end along the radiator towards the driving end, thereby achieving optimal cooling effect.
The junction box is installed in the air duct above the motor side, which does not affect the flow of heat dissipation and cooling air.
The inner surface of the base around the stator winding end is equipped with heat absorbing ribs. The rib structure of the radiator has a sufficiently large heat dissipation area, ensuring strong heat dissipation capability.
There are two adjustable lifting rings at any angle installed diagonally on the motor air duct, which facilitates the lifting of the motor.
The drive end and non drive end of the motor have the same structure, with heat dissipation ribs both inside and outside to improve the rigidity and heat dissipation capacity of the end cover. The high-strength cast iron base and end cap ensure that the motor has high stability.
