This type of motor has the following three advantages
1.high efficiency and energy saving, as well as reduced operating costs (compared to traditional motors, it saves 20%-30% of electricity consumption). When the water pump is running, it usually needs to work continuously for a long time. The three-phase induction squirrel-cage motor can operate continuously for 24 hours and maintain a stable operating state. It is particularly suitable for high-frequency operating scenarios such as large industrial circulation pumps and water supply pumps.
2. Strong load adaptability, stable operation: The load of industrial water pumps will fluctuate with changes in water supply pressure and flow. The mechanical characteristics of squirrel-cage motors are flexible, enabling quick response to load changes. During operation, the pump's load will change due to the on-site working conditions. For instance, if the medium being transported is insufficient or the conveying pipeline is blocked, the load of the pump will also change. Regardless of the situation, the 3 phase induction squirrel cage motor can maintain a stable speed, preventing issues such as idle rotation or stagnation of the pump pressure. The stable operation of the motor helps to further reduce the impact of equipment downtime and maintenance on production.
3. Convenient installation and maintenance, wide adaptability: Industrial water pump installation scenarios are diverse. Some need to be installed in narrow spaces or at heights. This motor has a compact structure, a small size and a light weight. Compared with other types of motors of the same power, it has advantages in installation, transportation and operation, making it simpler and more convenient to operate and install. At the same time, it can be compatible with various specifications of industrial water pumps (from small booster pumps to large industrial centrifugal pumps), and only needs to be directly linked through the coupling and the pump shaft without the need for complex modifications. This significantly reduces the subsequent maintenance costs of the water pump and the motor.

Three-phase induction squirrel-cage motors have three characteristics

1. It has no easily worn components such as brushes or slip rings. The rotor's squirrel-cage structure is sturdy and can withstand small overload impacts.
2.It can be started in various ways, such as direct start (starting by connecting the power switch) or soft start through the frequency converter (the frequency gradually increases from low to high). It is suitable for different working conditions.
When used in conjunction with the frequency converter, it can adjust the frequency to control the flow and pressure requirements of the water pump, allowing the improvement of the motor's stability without causing energy waste of the motor.
3.The production cost is low, using common raw materials and with simple manufacturing processes. Due to its simple structure, the maintenance and repair costs in subsequent use are lower.

These pumps are used by the customers to convey river water for irrigation of the farmland. Due to the small size and scattered location of the customers' farmland,

At the initial stage of the inquiry, the customer once proposed that it would be troublesome to irrigate the farmland in a scattered manner due to its distance from the river. Only the power and speed required by the pump need to be met to complete the matching, and no more factors need to be considered.
