In the mining industry, Hengshui Lichengbang Motor Technology Co., Ltd. supplied 5.5kV high voltage electric motor for a copper mine in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. To fit 5.5 kV high-voltage working conditions, we have optimized the core structure:
The stator of the 5.5kv high voltage electric motor uses Class F or higher insulation materials. The coils are processed with VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation), which greatly improves insulation strength and corona resistance, and prevents high-voltage breakdown. The rotor has a copper bar structure, with multiple anti-breakage designs between the rotor bars and end rings to ensure stable operation under heavy load. The frame and end covers are made of high-quality welded steel plates. With the IC666 high-efficiency cooling system, heat is dissipated quickly, supporting long-term continuous operation. Equipped with a frequency converter, the motor can start smoothly and adjust speed accurately. It reduces starting current impact, protecting both the equipment and the power grid.
