Good Heat Dissipation
The housing of the 315 kW high-voltage slip ring motor adopts a special fin structure with a fin height of 25 mm and a spacing of 10 mm, which increases the heat dissipation area by 40% compared with ordinary motors. At the same time, we use high-performance axial flow fans with an air volume of 3.5 m³/min, which is 20% higher than the standard fan. Therefore, when our motor is running at full load, the temperature rise is 15-20℃ lower than that of ordinary motors.
Good Starting Performance
The high-voltage slip ring structure of the 315 kW high-voltage slip ring motor can limit the starting current to 2.5 times the rated current, which is much lower than the 6-7 times starting current of ordinary squirrel cage motors. At the same time, it can generate a starting torque of up to 2.8 times the rated torque. Therefore, the motor can start within 0.8 seconds at full voltage, which is 40% faster than ordinary squirrel cage motors.
Strong Speed Regulation Capability
The 315 kW high-voltage slip ring motor can achieve smooth speed regulation within the rated speed range of 20-100%, with a speed regulation accuracy of ±0.2%. Moreover, by changing the rotor loop resistance, the motor can complete a 10% speed change within 0.5 seconds.
