YRKK series high-voltage three-phase induction motors are widely used in the industrial field and are mainly powered by three-phase AC power. Its working principle is based on the rotation of the magnetic field. The rotating magnetic field generated by the stator interacts with the rotor to generate mechanical torque.

High Efficiency And Energy Saving
Our YRKK series high-voltage three-phase induction motors have an efficiency of IE4 ultra-high efficiency level, with an efficiency of up to 96.8% in the power range above 75kW. Compared with IE2-level motors, it can save 15-20% of electricity per year. For example, for a 250kW motor, it can save about 120,000 yuan in electricity bills if it runs 6,000 hours a year.
Strong Durability
Our motors use F-class insulation system with an insulation life of more than 20,000 hours. The housing is made of HT250 high-strength cast iron, with an impact strength of 450-550MPa and a 30% increase in corrosion resistance. In the continuous operation test, our motors have a mean time between failures (MTBF) of more than 50,000 hours, which is much higher than the industry average of 35,000 hours.
High-precision Control
Our YRKK series high-voltage three-phase induction motors are equipped with high-precision encoders with a resolution of 131,072 pulses/rev, which can achieve ±0.01% speed accuracy control. Within the speed range of 0-3000rpm, the speed fluctuation does not exceed 1rpm. This level of accuracy allows our motors to improve product quality by 15% and reduce scrap rate by 20% when used on high-speed spinning machines.
