YVF variable frequency motor is an asynchronous motor that uses variable frequency speed regulation technology. Compared with traditional fixed speed motors, YVF variable frequency motors can automatically adjust the speed according to load requirements, reduce energy consumption, and extend the service life of equipment. High Efficiency And Energy Saving
YVF variable frequency motors use variable frequency technology and can adjust the speed in real time according to load requirements. Compared with traditional fixed speed motors, YVF variable frequency motors can achieve 20-50% energy saving. For example, in fan applications, when the air volume demand is reduced to 80%, the energy consumption of YVF variable frequency motors can be reduced to about 50% of the rated power, while traditional motors still consume more than 90% of the rated power.

Good Speed Regulation Capability
YVF variable frequency motors have good speed regulation capability and can achieve a speed regulation range of 1:100, far exceeding the 1:20 speed regulation ratio of traditional variable speed motors. This means that the YVF variable speed motor can be adjusted arbitrarily between 0.01 times the rated speed and the rated speed. In contrast, other types of variable speed motors often have difficulty maintaining stable operation in the low speed section, which can easily cause product quality fluctuations.

Large Overload Capacity
The YVF variable frequency motor is designed with an overload capacity of 150%, which can withstand a load of 1.5 times the rated torque within 1 minute. This feature makes it perform well in applications with frequent start-stop or large load fluctuations, such as lifting machinery and conveying equipment. In contrast, the overload capacity of ordinary motors is usually only 110-120%, which is difficult to cope with sudden high load conditions.

Good Heat Dissipation
The high-efficiency cooling fan used in the YVF variable frequency motor enables it to maintain good heat dissipation performance throughout the full speed range. Even when running at a low speed of 10% of the rated speed, the temperature rise of the YVF variable speed motor can be controlled within 80% of the rated value, which is 15-20℃ lower than that of ordinary variable speed motors. This heat dissipation capacity not only extends the service life of the motor, but also improves the safety of use in high temperature environments.
