Three-phase alternating current is a power supply consisting of three alternating current potentials of equal frequency and amplitude, but 120° out of phase. High-efficiency three-phase AC motor is a kind of electric drive equipment. This kind of motor consists of two main parts: stator and rotor. Three sets of independent windings are embedded inside the stator, which generates a rotating magnetic field under the action of AC power supply; the rotor rotates at high speed under the drive of this rotating magnetic field, thereby converting electrical energy into mechanical energy.

Fast Start
Our high-efficiency three-phase AC motor can complete the start-up in 0.8 seconds under full load conditions, which is 35% faster than ordinary motors. This feature makes our motors perform well in heavy-load starting occasions, such as large compressors (starting torque requirements are usually 250% of rated torque), mining hoisting equipment and other applications.

 

High Precision
High-efficiency three-phase AC motors use direct torque control (DTC) algorithms to ensure high-precision speed control over the entire speed range. In the frequency range of 0.5-50Hz, the speed accuracy can reach ±0.01% and the torque accuracy can reach ±2%. This gives our products significant advantages in applications that require precise speed control, such as high-precision CNC machine tools, modern textile machinery and other fields.

 

Strong Overload Capacity
Our high-efficiency three-phase AC motors have strong overload capacity and can withstand 160% of the rated load within 2 minutes, and the instantaneous overload capacity can reach 200% of the rated load (for 5 seconds). This feature makes our motors particularly suitable for working conditions with frequent start and stop and large load fluctuations, such as injection molding machines (usually requiring 150% overload capacity), punching machines and other equipment.

 

Good Sealing
Our high-efficiency three-phase AC motors have a multiple sealing design. The shaft end uses a double-lip fluororubber (FKM) oil seal, and in a 10,000-hour continuous operation test, the sealing failure rate is less than 0.1%. Silicone rubber sealing rings are used at the joints of the casing, which can maintain good sealing performance in the extreme temperature range of -50°C to 180°C, and the elastic recovery rate is 98%.
