The three-phase asynchronous induction motor is a kind of motor widely used in the industrial field. Its main working principle is to generate a rotating magnetic field through a three-phase AC power supply, thereby driving the stator winding to generate an induced current, and then generating a magnetic field on the rotor to drive the rotor to rotate. "Asynchronous" refers to the relative speed of the rotor and the rotating magnetic field, that is, the rotor speed is lower than the synchronous speed of the rotating magnetic field.

High Efficiency And Energy Saving
The design principle of the three-phase asynchronous induction motor is based on electromagnetic induction, which can efficiently convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. The conversion efficiency can usually reach 85%-95%, which can save 3%-7% of energy consumption compared with standard motors. In a large manufacturing plant, the full use of high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous induction motors can save up to 20%-30% of electricity costs each year.

 

Strong Durability
The three-phase asynchronous induction motor has a simple structure and is mainly composed of a stator, a rotor and a bearing. There are no vulnerable parts such as a commutator and a brush. Among them, the stator and the rotor are made of high-quality silicon steel sheets, which can effectively reduce eddy current losses; and the high-precision sealed bearings used have a life of about 50,000 hours. Therefore, the MTBF of three-phase asynchronous induction motors can reach 50,000-100,000 hours, which is much higher than many other types of motors.

 

Strong Overload Capacity
Three-phase asynchronous induction motors have excellent overload capacity and can withstand 150% rated load for 1-2 minutes, or 120% rated load for 15-20 minutes without overheating. This enables them to cope well with instantaneous load increases.
