1.Product Introduction

500kW three phase asynchronous induction motor adopts a new electromagnetic optimization design, combined with low loss silicon steel sheet material. The raw materials used to make silicon steel sheets are from Shougang and Baosteel. The motors produced from good silicon steel sheets greatly reduce electromagnetic losses, which can reduce long-term power consumption and extend the service life of the motor.

The rotor of the motor is made of cast aluminum squirrel cage structure, which is impact resistant, wear-resistant, reduces downtime faults, and can ensure continuous production operations. MST produces three-phase asynchronous induction motors with cast aluminum squirrel cage rotors that have undergone 10000 hours of continuous heavy load testing, and their performance fully meets IEC standards

The rated power of the motor is 500kW, and the starting torque and overload capacity are 2.0-2.5 times the rated torque. The 500kw three phase asynchronous induction motor can match the power requirements of different scenarios, reducing the adaptation cost. The MST 500KW motor undergoes factory testing before leaving the factory to ensure that the measured starting torque is ≥ 2.0 times the rated torque, and there are no abnormalities during overload operation for 1 hour.
