High Reliability
The housing of the 18.5kw high efficiency explosion proof motor is made of HT250 high-quality cast iron with a tensile strength of 250MPa and a hardness of HB170 - 241. Its wear resistance is about 30% higher than that of ordinary cast iron, and it can effectively resist external impact. The shaft material is 40Cr alloy steel, and the yield strength after quenching and tempering is not less than 800MPa, and the tensile strength exceeds 1000MPa. Its service life is up to 20 years, which is more than 1.5 times that of ordinary motors, and is suitable for harsh continuous working conditions.
Excellent Explosion-proof Performance
The explosion-proof grade of 18.5kw high efficiency explosion proof motor can reach Exd IIBT4 and Exd IICT4, which can effectively prevent the electric spark or high temperature generated inside the motor from igniting the surrounding flammable and explosive gases.
High Protection Grade
