The stator of the motor is a three-phase inlaid distributed winding, and the rotor is a cage-type guide bar (because the shape of the guide bar is similar to the squirrel cage, it is also called a squirrel cage asynchronous motor). After the motor adds three-phase alternating current to the stator winding, it will form a rotating magnetic field, and the closed guide bar on its rotor will induce electromotive force and current because of cutting the magnetic field lines of the stator magnetic field, and the charged (current) conductor will move in the magnetic field, so that the motor rotor will rotate.
